2011 Jaguar XF Trunk Lockout in Houston, Texas

Customer called in regarding a trunk that needs to be unlocked after battery died .

The customer had the key and the doors was open but trunk can not be open even with the valet key !

We had to find a way to give it a boost so we can open the trunk and get to the battery out there .
